Perform 5 reps per exercise in the following sequence:
Snatch Grip Deadlift
Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift
Hang Power Snatch
Snatch Grip Press
Athletes should complete the sequence before setting the barbell down to rest. Rest is permitted while holding the barbell off of the ground. Perform the complex 5 times. Rest no longer than 90 seconds between rounds. Begin with a load you know you can handle and work heavier as you go. This is a hard workout. Show up to win, not to whine.
