Prior to starting the workout, athletes will perform a 10 second max rep effort on the pullup. This 10 second max number must be achieved at the top of every minute prior to beginning to chip away at 50 reps of push presses (athletes will have the balance of the minute to perform push presses before going back to pullups at the top of the next minute). The loading for the push press is the same as the athlete's 1 rep max in the shoulder press. Cap is 20 minutes. As always, scale as appropriate.
