NO LUNCH WOD TODAY
In observance of Memorial Day, today's offering is your choice of hero WODs:
Option A: "Griff" : For time, run 800m, 400m backwards, 800 m, 400 m backwards
Option B: "Murph" : For time, Run 1 mile, do 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and run another mile. The exercises can be broken up in any way you want, as long as they are bookended with the mile run. If you feel like a balla', complete entire WOD with a 20 lb vest.
