Power Cleans 5 sets of 3 reps.

2-5 minutes following completion of last set perform:

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 Minutes

Walking lunge w/ barbell overhead using snatch width grip for 15 yards

10 Push Ups

Upon completing that:

Perform 2 sets of 8 reps per leg of Single Leg Romanian Deadlift using the lunge weight

(the lunge weight is "adjusted to match your current strength fitness")

My butt hurts already.
