As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 weighted Goblet Squats (watch the video before you ask- it's covered within the first 3 minutes or so)

10  Single-leg Romanian Deadlifts w/same weight as previous exercise (10/side, 20 total)

25 Single leg rope jumps (alternate each round)
