"Running to Stand Still"

This WOD will be completed with a partner. 

Lap 1:  While one partner runs 600m, the other partner will hold a plank position.  When the runner returns, the plank-er runs and the runner planks.

Continue in this manner, with the following static positions:

Lap 2:  Power Position

Lap 3: Two inches (laying flat on your back, hold heels two inches off the ground)  (p.s. don't make me go all 'net nanny on you people)

Lap 4:  Virabradrasana III (as pictured below)

Bring a "can-do" attitude and a fast running partner!
