1x max reps @ 80%

then in 10 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:

Run 200 Meters (100 out and back)

Perform 5 reps burpees

If you skip this WOD because you hate running and or burpees, I want you to know that you will earn my personal contempt.  I feel very strongly about this.  Do what's hard because it's hard.  In our efforts as people and athletes, we strive to suck less.  What better way to begin to minimize sucking than by doing a met-con that REALLY sucks.  SUCK IT UP!  Cultivate some fortitude already.  I will post names if I have to.  Break your excuse machine and throw it away.
