Buy In: max reps pullups and/or pushups.  Single leg RDL's 2x8.  PVC Box Squats 2x5

Deadlift 1x5@65%,1x3@75%, then find your one-rep max.  Limit 5 total attempts. This will include any weight in excess of 75% of your 1RM.

then:

Row 2k or Run 1 mile.  Whichever you don't do will be done on Tuesday.  (cheers!)
