Buy In: Push Up/Pull Up max rep set.  Bridges x 12, Side-lying bridges x 12/side, Plank x 1.5 Minutes

Deadlift (week 1 of new cycle- add 5 to 10 pounds to your previous theoretical 1 RM)

1x5@55,65,75 (max reps last set)

then:

Bodyweight Deadlift/Burpee Reverse ladder

15 Deads, 1 Burpee, 13 Deads, 3 Burpees, 11 Deads, 5 Burpees, and so on... finishing with 1 Deadlift 15 Burpees
