Buy In: Wrist mobilization (multi-directional wrist stretching- yeah I've been watching MWOD's) 2 minutes per side of wrist/forearm/bicep/pec stretching.  2 minutes per side Hip Flexor stretches.  Pigeon on the box 2 minutes per leg.  Don't skimp on your prep. Proper prep= WOD Dominance.  Finish up with some Q.T. on a foam/pvc roller
