Team WOD (3 person teams) 15 minutes (can be adjusted):
Run Neidlov's loop as a team (this only happens once) then:
Row 1 minute for calories
Do 5 Pullups and 10 crunches (shoulder blades clear the ground and touch)
Everybody will row prior to moving to the other two exercises. This means the first two minutes will be idle potentially. In order to get on the rower again you have to do the pullup/crunch buy in. NO BANDS. You will be assisted by your teammate if necessary. Highest Calories wins.
