Buy In: Foam Roll your hips for 2 minutes.  Stretch your Quads for 2 minutes.  Sit on the floor and spread your legs for 2 minutes. Asian Squat for 2 minutes.  Perform "Hollow Rocks" for max reps for 2 minutes.


10 Rounds for time of:

10 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Goblet Squats

10 Box Jumps

10 Reverse Lunges (5 per side holding DB/KB in one hand then switching)
