Fight Gone Differently, but still Bad

Burpees

Pull  Ups

Jumping Squats (med ball to be placed on 45#plate.  butt touches ball every rep and feet leave floor, you know, like a jump)

Ab-Mat Situps

Box Jumps

Complete as many reps as possible in one minute at each station.  After completing all 5 stations, take a one minute break.

3 Rounds

Bring Water and Water Bottle ( Water Dispenser isn't active yet).  Or don't and suck water out of the bathroom sink like a five year old, but don't dilly dally the next round starts in like 5 seconds.
