1x5@55%,65%,75% (max reps last set).  If things are rosy for you add 10 pounds to your previous cycle's projected 1RM.  Personally, I was squashed like a bug trying to go big last cycle and I will be backing the weight off 10 pounds.

Then:

(6) 100 Meter Accelerations.  Roughly 1/2 of participants came up lame last time we sprinted.  DO NOT SPRINT during this workout.  SPRINT= FULL OUT EFFORT.  Gradually build from a jog, topping out at roughly 85% of full out effort.  Let's BUILD UP to sprinting.  Cheers!
