Special Announcement:  We have been issued a cease and desist from a company out of California.  They are able to demonstrate that they have the rights to the name Get Built.  Accordingly we are being forced to quit using it in all of our business dealings.  We have made the decision not to fight this action as we do not feel that this would be the most prudent use of our financial resources (limited as they are).  Instead we have opted for a variation on our original name and as we collectively are already somewhat "built", we are going to transition our brand to become, "get BUILT-ER". On the minute:

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 135 lbs thrusters on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.

*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.

Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 thrusters. SCALE THE WEIGHT/REPS as needed!!!
