1x3@60,70,80% (max reps last set)

then:

Perform 3 sets of 12 PVC Overhead Squats (no loading!) Movement should be executed at a specific count. 8-10 second lowering phase, 1-2 second static ACTIVE contraction at the bottom and 4-6 seconds up.  Terminate set or abbreviate ROM if your form begins to breakdown.
