Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

(recover as needed between exercises/sets)

OR

30 Muscle-Ups for time

(sub ratio=4:1, 120 pullups+120 dips. Alternate between movements as you break these up)
