Buy In: Samson Stretch- 5/side, PVC Overhead Squat- 8 Reps,  Partner Ball Toss- 5 Reps (think "wall ball" but do it outside and have your partner throw the ball back to you in like fashion. Launch from a full depth squat and strive for maximum amplitude. No need to worry about catching the ball. Plan on being outside for this one.)
