50 Double-unders
25 Wallball "2-fer-1s", 20 pound ball

(2 fer 1 wall balls= throw the ball at the ten foot target, complete an air squat while the ball is in the air, receive the ball and squat with it, thereby completing 2 complete squats with every shot)
