Buy in:  Read this.  Then select either pullups or pushups and begin your quest towards achieving a new rep-max on one (or both if you're feeling jiggy) exercise(s).  Post questions to comments.

2 Minute Plank for time [have a trainer include your total plank time to failure on the scoreboard (if you need to stop before 2 minutes is up, otherwise, trainer will record a 2]

Then:

5 rounds for time of:

15 bench press (50% 1RM)

30 Wall balls
