Buy In:  Downward Facing Dog, Pigeon, and Foam Roll/Lacrosse Ball self-care.

WOD: total time of WOD=30 Minutes. First 5 Minutes will consist of holding the "power position" (no barbell, fingertips on knees), then 25 minutes AMRAP Terminal Loop.  There is a contingency WOD in place in the event of heavy rain.
