Buy In: row/run 500 meters, 12 reps leg swings front/back, side/side, back extensions, kip swings.  Accumulate 1 minute of lever practice. This will look like a static knees to elbows, striving to keep the back parallel to the floor and the knees in contact witht the elbows.  Scale by doing static hanging leg raises until you accumulate 60 seconds.
