Buy In: 400 meter run.  12 reps- Cat/Camel, Plank buildups (work from elbows up to "top of the pushup" and back down to elbows), Hollow Rock, Superman.  1 minute each-Kneeling adductor stretch, couch stretch, asian squat

Front Squat 5 sets of 2

then, in 5 minutes, complete as many Wall Balls as possible.

if you need a finisher, hit the sled.
