wednesday walk with weights:

for weight

with a parnter carry 200 meters out and back (yeah, yeah: bring a hoody)

(if you dont have a partner, use kettlebells)

On the first round, use just one barbell loaded as heavily as possible.

On the second round, use two barbells, but load them differently (ex.,225 and 275)

On the third round, use one barbell unevenly loaded (ex., 3 45#plates on one end 2 on the other)

On the fourth round, load two barbells evenly.
