Buy In: Row 500 Meters. 2 minutes pvc/foam roll. 2 minute asian squat while holding pvc pipe overhead. 12 reps: Hollow rock, superman. 5 reps Snatch progression w/unloaded barbell.

Overhead Squat 3 sets, 1 rep

Snatch Balance 3 sets, 1 rep

Snatch (full squat) 1,1,1 at 70% 1,1,1 at 80%, 1,1,1 at 90%  Understandably, you may not know what your 1RM is.  Start at a very "do-able" load and work up from there.
