Buy In: PVC Clean Progression 5 reps/position [these are power cleans]  hang/mid-thigh/below the knee/liftoff/clean from the floor. Then 3x5 front squats@ 50% 1RM

Squat Clean 1x5@55,65,75% (max reps last set).  We know that you probably don't know what your 1rm is.  Use this week to begin dialing that in. Stay conservative in your loading.
