then: Push Me/Pull Me Team WOD

Sled Push= 100 Feet

Rowing=200 Meters

Alternate as needed to rack up as many complete sets as possible

WOD Length will depend on number of teammates.  10 minutes 2 people, 12 minutes three people, 14 minutes 4 people, 16 minutes 6 people etc...
