Special Programming Note:  Make this WOD the "filthier" fifty wherever you can. For example, challenge yourself to complete all box jumps as such, rather than doing step-ups just because you are tired.  If you have halting success with double-unders, challenge yourself not to take the single-under option.  Same with pullups, kb's (go heavier) and any other opportunity you have to step your game up.  Do it!

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
