Buy In: 100 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
This WOD features 4 different movements performed for 5 minutes each. Partners will trade off continuously for the duration of the alloted time. There is no transition time between movements. 20 minute WOD.
Run 40 meters backwards (20 meters out and back)
10 Air Squats
20 meters of broad jumps (partner will need to walk back to starting line upon finishing their effort in order to be in place to tag up).
