Buy In: Plank 2 minutes, Side plank 1 minute per side.  Barbell clean progression (use an unloaded barbell not PVC).

Every minute on the minute, complete 2 power cleans (95/165).  Use the remaining time to do burpees.  WOD ends at 100 burpees.  20 minute mercy rule.
