Teams of up to 4. 

In 18 Minutes complete As Many Rounds As Possible of

1 Clean

2 Jerks

3 Wall Balls

4 Calories

you can't jump order.  Rower is the hinge.  Post loads and rounds to comments.  You are allowed 2 different barbell weights to accomodate different strength levels.  Only one barbell in play at a time.   A team of 4 would have one person start at each station.  Since the clean and jerk happen with the same bar, this means one person on the team would stand by/rest.
