Buy In: 12 reps Cat/Camel, Birddog, Back extensions, single leg bridges, kneeling adductor stretch (think Cap'n Morgans stretch)

WOD:

Deadlift 3 reps

Plank 2 minutes

Deadlift 3 reps

Suitcase carry (50 yards out/50 yards back- use left hand out/right hand back)

Deadlift 3 reps

Waiter carry (same as above) (load is carried in a single hand with arm fully extended overhead)

Deadlift 3 reps

Farmers carry (differentiated from suitcase carry by the fact that you use a kettlebell in each hand as opposed to a single hand)

Deadlift 3 reps

Side plank 1 minute/side
