"Sampler Platter"

In 5 Minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of 5 pullups, 10 push ups, 15 air-squats.

Rest 1 Minute.

Complete one minute of each station- wall balls (14/20), box jumps, rower for calories, push press, sumo deadlift high pull.  At the end of this round begin immediately working to complete,

One Terminal Loop, 21 KB Swings (53/35), 12 Pullups.

Winner of each round gets a free pair of Goodhew socks!  3 chances to win! If you sweep the whole thing, Emily will throw in a pair of Goodhew boxers (won't you Emily?).
