Buy In: remove sleeves.  100 double unders.  bench prep

4x8 Bench Press (straight sets)

4x8 Kettle Bell Rows

3x3 weighted chins

3x3 weighted dips

3x3 shoulder press

Finisher: Dangling Strip Sets.  Load barbell with 3-4 10's per side + use bands to attach kb on either end.  Complete sets to failure, then strip the bar working through to an unloaded barbell.  use a spotter-duh.
