Buy In: Row 1000 meters.  Squat prep.

For 10 minutes on the minute complete 2 back squats.  Use the same weight for all ten sets. (20 reps total for the mathletes playing along at home).  Upon completion of the final set of squats, complete 2 Terminal Loops for time.  Clock will be set to cut off at 25:00 minutes. (theoretically this is enough time to walk the two laps- DON'T!)  Post total time and load to comments.
