Buy In: Go Foam Roll yourself.  Row 1000 meters.  50 Dips (Ring Dips if you got 'em). Accumulate 3 minutes of hanging L-sits from the pullup bars.

Team WOD:

In 20 Minutes as a team complete as many rounds as possible of:

Row 250 meters

5 Ring Push Ups

10 Kettlebell Swings

Teams should be up to 4 people with the rower as the hinge (ie, you can't jump the order, you wait on the rower to free up before rotating) and therefore a built in moment to rest. Post team rounds to comments.
