Buy In:  Row 100 meters max/100 meters slow x 5 (1000 meters total for my mathletic friends). Brad, seriously, do this.  Stretch- couch, captain morgan, pvc good mornings, downdog>pigeon progression.

Squat

2x5 light (30-40%)

2x5 medium heavy (60-80%)

3x3 heavy (85%+)

Press (strict-form shoulder press- bar starts at sternum every rep)

2x5 medium heavy

3x5 heavy

Chins 5x5

this workout can take a long time.  Don't let it.  Share barbells, work in groups and alternate between movements where possible.
