Buy In:  Taste some of Megan's spice!   Once you've recovered, prepare yourself for squatting and benching.

Accummulate 15-20 immaculate reps at 70%  Seek to accelerate throughout the upward phase of the lift.

Bench Press 4 sets of 8 as heavy as possible.
