Sumo Deadlift 3 sets of 5 reps (heavy, same weight all 3 sets)

then complete 3 circuits (untimed)

5 chins (not kipping- get off the band or choose a harder level of band or add weight and Brian T. and David N. straighten your #@$$%$# arms!  #getBUILT)

100 meters farmers carry (kb in each hand)

20 meters sled push

20 meters strength axle

1 rope climb
