Buy In: High Five a trainer, remove sleeves.  20 reps: unloaded barbell curls, dumbbell external rotations (10/side), band face pulls, band tricep extensions, pushups.

Bench Press 5 sets of 10 at 70% rest 1-2 minutes between sets

3x10: sit ups, kb curl and press (5/side), barbell roll outs
