Buy In: Run 400 meters. Squat prep: 12 Reps PVC OHS, PVC Good Mornings, Bridges, Side-lying bridges.  Lacrosse ball tack and stretch lower leg from ankles to knees.  Couch Stretch, Cap'n Morgans stretch, PVC roller to the hip flexors.

Chins 3x8 (these are dead hangs all you band kippers-don't make me call names!)
