Buy In- (complete the circuit in less than 10 minutes): 3x8 PVC OHS, Supermans, Bridges, Dips, Toes to bar. Then, Squat Prep.

Front Squat 1x5,1x3,1x1

then:

*Alternating Tabata set:

Burpees

Chest to Bar Pull Ups (if you are unable to do pullups without a band, sub Ball Slams.  Yeah, that's right Ball Slams.  Use the heaviest ball available.)

shoot for a constant score per round.  This workout is 8 minutes long. 

*Special note- the heat for whiners goes off at 8:00pm.  We won't be there but we know you'll do your best.
