Buy In: Run 400 meters.  15 yards: walking RDL's, high knees, low knees, dirty knees, walking lunges, cartwheels (seriously).  Accumulate 1 minute of L-sit position or progression, hanging from a bar. Then snatch prep: 5 reps w/ barbell  Snatch balance, hang power snatch, overhead squats.
