Buy In: Run/Row. 10 Reps:  band face pulls, scap jacks, push ups, pvc shoulder complex,unloaded barbell shoulder press, dumbbell external rotations.  Ring work: attempt 5 L-seat holds. Do 2 sets of dips if able, if not, work on supporting yourself with arms locked out.
