Clean (full squat) [use 90% of your front squat max as 100%- right, math is hard]

2 sets of 2 cleans, 1 jerk@ 60%

2 sets of 2 cleans, 1 jerk@ 70%

2 sets of 2 cleans, 1 jerk@ 80%

3 sets 1 clean, 1 jerk@ 85-95%
