Push Ups

KB Curl+Press+Overhead Squat (hold KB in one hand, arm locked-out overhead. 10 reps each of curl,press,squat. 5/side or alternate per round). Oh yeah, and GET YOUR HIPS BELOW YOUR KNEES.
