Saturday 4.07.12

9-10 WOD  Gymnastics Workshop.  Work on L-sits, handstand walks, handstand pushups, skin the cats, ring dips, muscle ups, cartwheels, iron crosses, or do a make-up wod from this week's programming. 

10-11 Yoga.  Bring a mat if you want to use a mat.  We don't have mats.  We also don't have props.  If you don't have a mat or props, bring a towel or towels to improvise a solution for yourself.  We will be outside on the turf/court.  Wear layers in case it is cool and breezy.  Bring your pranayama.
