Buy In: Row/Run. 12 Reps: Bridges, Side-lying bridges, supermans, back extensions, bar rollouts. 80 meters farmers carry (re-grips are "allowed").
Deadlift: Accumulate 25 reps. Pick one weight and ride it to glory. Be audacious, but also, don't lose the ability to complete reps with reasonable form (here's a hint- use a double overhand grip). Big numbers are great, but walking upright the next day is greater. Partition as needed.
Finisher: 25 reps bench press.
