Run/Row.  Squat Prep 6 minutes of rolling/stretching, etc.  Then:  Broad Jump 40 meters. 3 rope climbs.

Back Squat 1x5@65%, 1x2@75%,1x max reps@80%

Snatch 5 sets of 2 reps, progressive loading.  Then, find your max.
