Buy In: 5 reps of each movement.

Rest one minute between movements.  This is a 20 minute workout.

Perform max reps in one minute of:

KB Deadlift Burpees (do lowering phase of the burpee with your hands free, then stand up with the weights to complete the burpee).

KB Swing

Dips

Pullups

Toes to Bar

complete 2 rounds.
